TaxCadence does not collect, store, or transmit any data. There is no account, no server, and no analytics of any kind.
- Every number you enter (income, expenses, filing status) stays only on your device.
- Nothing is sent over the network — the app makes no network requests at all.
- Pro purchase status is handled entirely by Apple's App Store; TaxCadence never sees your payment details.
If this ever changes in a future version, this page will be updated before that update ships.
SiteTrail
SiteTrail Privacy Policy
SiteTrail is built around a company account. There are no analytics apart from the ad attribution described below, and nothing is sold or shared with anyone.
- Your company's account. When you sign in and start or join a company, your jobs and everything filed under them — photos, video, captions, labels, markup and pins, checklists, estimates and invoices (with the client details you enter, such as a name, phone number and address), forms, documents, signatures, hours, comments, and the time and place each photo was taken — are stored on your phone and uploaded to your company's account on servers we run (Supabase, hosted in the United States) so everyone on your crew, and your other devices, can see them. Your name and email from Sign in with Apple identify you to your crew.
- Camera, microphone and location. The camera and microphone are used only to shoot photos and video into a job and to dictate a caption, transcribed on the device where the phone supports it. Location is read only while the app is open, when you allow it, to stamp a photo with where it was taken and to offer the job you are standing at; the stamp travels with the photo to your company's account.
- Address suggestions. When you type a job's site, the app asks Apple Maps on your phone for matching addresses. Only the text you type goes to Apple, never your jobs or your account.
- Share links and guests. A share link you create shows the chosen photos to anyone who has the link until it expires or you revoke it. A guest you invite to one job sees that job only.
- The suggestion tab. The text of a suggestion you post, and your votes, go to a small service we run so other SiteTrail users can see and vote on ideas. Posts are tied to a random identifier for your install, not to your name, and you can delete your own posts in the app. When a new idea is posted, its title and text, and which app it came from, are sent to us as a notification through ntfy.sh, a notification service; your install identifier is not included.
- Billing. Plans are App Store subscriptions billed by Apple. We receive the plan's status from Apple and never see your payment details.
- Ads. If you installed SiteTrail after tapping one of our ads on the App Store, Apple tells us which ad it was, meaning the campaign and the search term, and we keep that with your account so we can tell which ads are worth running. Nothing else about you is involved, and there is no tracking permission to grant.
- Leaving and deleting. Company owners and admins can remove members. You can leave a crew (your phone keeps its copy) or delete your own jobs and photos. Delete my account, under Settings, Crew, deletes your sign-in, your comments and your clock entries; a company you own passes to its longest-standing admin or crew member, or is deleted with its jobs if nobody else is in it; photos and jobs you added to a crew stay with the crew without your name. Anything on your phone stays on your phone. An App Store subscription is billed by Apple, so cancel it in your Apple ID settings as well. You can also ask us to delete your account at support@levellinesoftware.com.
SidelineCount
SidelineCount Privacy Policy
SidelineCount does not collect, store, or transmit any personal data to us. There is no account, no server, and no analytics of any kind.
- Every team roster, player name/jersey number, and game record stays only on your device.
- Camera access is used only to scan a printed roster on-device — the photo itself is never saved or uploaded, only the text you review and confirm.
- Paired Game Mode connects two nearby devices directly to each other (local Wi-Fi and/or Bluetooth) to compare play counts — there is no server in this path, and nothing is sent anywhere else.
- An optional "import roster from a web page" feature fetches only the page you provide, directly from your device — no roster or game data is ever sent by it.
- Pro and Team Pro purchase status are handled entirely by Apple's App Store; SidelineCount never sees your payment details.
Chalkmark
Chalkmark Privacy Policy
Chalkmark is different from the other apps on this page: it has accounts, and your playbooks are stored on a server so they reach every device you coach from. This section says plainly what that means.
What is stored
- Your account: the email address you sign up with. Passwords are handled by our authentication provider (Supabase) and are never visible to us.
- Your teams, playbooks, plays, formations and rosters, so they are on every device you sign in to and survive a lost phone.
- Roster entries you type in, which are typically a player's name, jersey number and position. Many teams using Chalkmark are youth teams, so this may be information about a child.
Who can see it
- You, and the coaches you personally invite to your team with your join code. Nobody else.
- Row-level security in the database enforces this: a request carrying your account can only read rows for teams you belong to.
- We do not sell data, we do not share it with advertisers, and there is no analytics or tracking SDK in the app.
The suggestion box
- Ideas you post in the suggestion box, and your votes on others' ideas, are shown to every signed-in Chalkmark coach along with your display name. You can delete your own posts at any time, and you can report a post to hide it. Nothing else you store is shared beyond your team.
Ads
- If you installed Chalkmark after tapping one of our ads on the App Store, Apple tells us which ad it was, meaning the campaign and the search term, and we keep that with your account so we can tell which ads are worth running.
- Apple sends us nothing that identifies you or your device, and we send Apple nothing but a token Apple itself created on your phone. There is no advertising identifier, no tracking across apps, and no tracking permission is ever requested.
Rosters and children
- Chalkmark is built for coaches, not for children. Accounts are for the adult running the team.
- A roster needs no more than a first name, or initials, or a jersey number alone — enough to tell players apart on a call sheet. Please do not enter more about a child than you actually need.
- Ask the parent or guardian before putting a child's name into any app, including this one.
- You can edit or delete any roster entry at any time, and deleting a team deletes its roster with it.
Deleting everything
- Delete your account from inside the app, under Your plan. It removes your account and the teams, playbooks, plays and rosters you own. This cannot be undone.
- Chalkmark works with no signal. Your playbooks are kept on your device and sync when you are back online, so losing a connection never loses your work.
Payments
- Chalkmark is sold through Apple's App Store, and your subscription is handled entirely by Apple. Chalkmark never sees or stores your card details.

Chalkmark Terms of Use
Chalkmark is an iPhone and iPad app, sold through Apple's App Store. Your purchase itself is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which is linked inside the app; these terms cover your use of Chalkmark and the account behind it.
- The plan. Chalkmark Annual is $29.99 per year and covers every team you coach, tackle and flag, in one app. Your first 3 days are free from the day you sign up, and no card is required to begin. Coaches who signed up while the trial was 14 days keep the 14 days they started with. A new subscription then starts with 3 days free before Apple charges you.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each year until you cancel it. Cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- Your content. Your playbooks, plays and rosters are yours. We do not claim ownership of them and we do not use them to train anything.
- Acceptable use. Do not use Chalkmark to store information you have no right to hold, and do not attempt to reach another coach's teams.
- Availability. Chalkmark is offered as-is. We work to keep it running and your data safe, but no service can promise perfection — keep your own copy of anything you cannot afford to lose. The app can export and print your playbooks for exactly this reason.
- Ending it. You can delete your account at any time from inside the app. We may end an account that is being used to break these terms.

NoZoo
NoZoo Privacy Policy
NoZoo has accounts, because a team is shared between a coach and its families. This section says plainly what is stored, what leaves your phone, and who can see it.
- Your account. You sign in with Apple. We store the name Apple gives us (you can change it in the app), the email address Apple provides (which may be Apple's private relay address), and an account id. Nothing else about you.
- Your team. The team's name and sport, the schedule and practice pattern, the roster (player first and last names and jersey numbers the coach enters), RSVPs and notes, practice attendance, volunteer jobs and who signed up for them, and chat are stored on our server so everyone on the team sees the same thing. Only members of that team can see any of it, and that is enforced on the server, not just in the app. The head coach runs the whole team and chooses what each assistant coach and team manager can do and see; a family sees the schedule, the roster, the team chat, the volunteer jobs, and attendance history for their own players only.
- Practice plans. Plans and plan templates are visible only to the head coach and the coaches and team managers the head coach allows. Families never see them.
- Children. Players are entered by name by the coach. Children do not have accounts and are never asked for information. A family joins through a code the coach shares, and only that family is linked to that player.
- Chat, photos and videos. Messages, photos and videos you send are stored on our server and are visible only to the people in that conversation: the team channel, the coaches' channel, or a direct message between two adults on the team. Files are kept in private storage and opened through links that expire within an hour. You can edit or delete your own messages, report a message, or block another member; coaches can remove any message. Reported messages are kept so the coach can act on them.
- The suggestion box. Ideas you post under Help, and your votes on other ideas, are shown to everyone using NoZoo, with your first name, so people can vote on what gets built next. This is the one thing in NoZoo that people outside your team can see. You can edit or delete your own ideas at any time, and you can report an idea to hide it. When a new idea is posted, its title and text, and whether a coach or a parent posted it, are sent to us as a notification through ntfy.sh, a notification service; your name and account are not included.
- Place suggestions. When you type a place or address, the iPhone app asks Apple Maps on your phone for matching places; the web app asks Photon, an open map search run by komoot. Only the text you type goes to them, never your account or team. NoZoo does not use your location.
- Camera, microphone and photo library. Used only when you choose to: to take or pick a photo or video to send in chat (the microphone only while recording a video), or to photograph a printed roster or schedule. Roster and schedule photos are read on your phone and are never uploaded or saved.
- What we do not do. No ads, no analytics or tracking, no selling of data, no sharing of data beyond the services named on this page, no location tracking, no push notifications in this version.
- Leaving and deleting. You can leave a team at any time under Me. Delete my account, also under Me, deletes your sign-in, your name, and every message, photo and video you sent, your volunteer sign-ups and your suggestions and votes, clears the notes on your RSVPs, and removes you from every team. The attendance and RSVP answers recorded for your players stay with the team, without your name, because the coach relies on them.
- Where it lives. Data is stored with Supabase in the United States.

NoZoo
NoZoo Terms of Use
- NoZoo is provided free to families. Coaches and organizations use it at no charge in this version; if paid plans are introduced later, they will be sold through the App Store and this page will say so.
- Whoever sets up a team (a head coach, assistant or team manager) runs it in the app and is responsible for its roster, schedule, volunteer jobs and chat, including removing messages that do not belong there and deciding what the rest of the staff can do.
- Practice plan templates are starting points built from published youth football guidelines. Coaches are responsible for following their own league's and state's rules, including limits on contact.
- Do not post anything in team chat or the suggestion box, including photos and videos, that you would not say or show on the sideline in front of the kids. Only share photos of other people's children if their family is fine with it. Members who break this can be blocked, and coaches can remove them from the team.
- The service is provided as is; we will do our best to keep it running and to tell you if something changes.

MileageClaim
MileageClaim Privacy Policy
MileageClaim records where you drive, so this section is specific about where that information goes. The short version: your log stays on your iPhone. There is no account, your drives are never sent to us, and nothing is sold. The only thing of yours we receive is what you post or vote on in the suggestion box, described below.
- Location. When you turn recording on, MileageClaim uses your iPhone's location, including in the background, to measure your drives and draw each route. The location arrow shows the whole time it is in use. Your routes, distances and times are stored only on your iPhone and are never sent to us or anyone else. Recording stops when you tap Stop recording or close the app.
- By hand only. If you choose By hand only, MileageClaim never asks for your location and never uses it.
- What you type. Trip purposes and reasons, vehicles, odometer readings, a custom rate, and the business name and address that head your report are stored only on your iPhone. MileageClaim never asks for a Social Security number or tax ID.
- Addresses you look up. When you add a drive by hand and tap Work out the distance, the two addresses you typed are sent to Apple Maps on your iPhone to find the route. Only that text goes to Apple, never your log or your account. We never receive it.
- IRS rates. About once a day the app downloads a small public file of IRS mileage rates, so new rates arrive without an app update. The download sends nothing about you or your drives.
- The suggestion box. The text of a suggestion you post, and your votes, go to a small service we run so other MileageClaim users can see and vote on ideas. Posts are tied to a random identifier for your install, not to your name, and you can delete your own posts in the app. If you report a post, your reason is sent too. When a new idea is posted, its title and text and the app's name are sent to us as a notification through ntfy.sh, a notification service; your install identifier is not included.
- Help. Help and the tour work entirely on your iPhone. Email support opens your own mail app; nothing is sent until you send it.
- Exports. A PDF or CSV report is created on your iPhone and goes only where you send it from the share sheet.
- Payments. Your subscription is billed and managed by Apple through the App Store. MileageClaim never sees your payment details.
- What we do not do. No ads, no analytics or tracking, no advertising identifier, no third-party SDKs, and no selling or sharing of data beyond the services named on this page.
- Keeping and deleting your log. Because your log lives only on your iPhone, deleting the app deletes it, and so does losing the phone without a backup. Export your reports regularly and keep them with your tax records. You can delete any drive or vehicle in the app at any time; deleting a vehicle keeps its drives.

MileageClaim is an iPhone app sold through Apple's App Store. Your purchase itself is governed by Apple's Standard End User License Agreement, which is linked inside the app; these terms cover your use of MileageClaim.
- The plan. MileageClaim Annual is $39.99 per year and starts with 3 days free. Apple charges you when the free days end unless you cancel before then.
- Renewal. The subscription renews automatically each year unless you cancel it at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Cancel any time in your Apple ID subscription settings; access continues to the end of the period already paid for.
- If your plan ends. Everything you recorded stays readable and exportable, and nothing is deleted. New drives, recorded or added by hand, stop until you subscribe again. Exporting your log never needs a subscription.
- Not tax advice. MileageClaim keeps records and applies the IRS standard mileage rates published for each period. It does not decide what you can deduct. Check with your tax professional, and review your log before you file.
- Accuracy. Distances come from your iPhone's location, which can be affected by signal, battery settings, or the app being closed. Drives entered by hand are estimates from Apple Maps or the miles you type, and the app marks them that way. Check your log against your odometer and correct anything that looks wrong; the app keeps both figures.
- The suggestion box. Posts are visible to everyone using MileageClaim. Keep them to ideas for the app, and leave out personal information about yourself or anyone else. Reported posts are hidden for the person who reported them and reviewed; we may remove any post.
- Your records. Your log is yours. It is stored on your iPhone, not with us, so keep your own exported copies.
- Availability. MileageClaim is offered as is. We work to keep it accurate and working, but no app can promise perfection.
